There is a lot to a dyno and to a street tune. Everything done on the dyno can be done on the street. It all depends on what you want. You can get a general street tune which is no more than 90% of optimum performance and general part throttle (using provided cam angles), a full street tune (all portions including all cam angles for WOT and Part throttle).
